先ほど商品が届き、中に簡単な英文の説明書が同梱されていました。
せっかくなので作業に入る前に良く読んでおきましょう。
「hamesses→harnesses」や「buld→bulb」など誤字が多くて大変でしたｗ
誤字脱字、およびこの翻訳文を読んで起こったいかなる損害も保障いたしません。
あくまで参考程度に読んでください。図さえみれば簡単な回路です。
LIGHTS WIRING SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- Before starting installation, you are expected to carefully read these instructions.
- Use right tools for the purpose and size of the work to be done to ensure proper execution of the work.
- Please bind all harnesses together so that they do not move around loosely, otherwise the harnesses may break or short circuit, and accidents, electric shocks or fire may occur.
- When connecting the harnesses or plugs, insert the connectors firmly until they lock securely into place.
- Disconnect the negative of the battery before installation. Make sure that lamps, air conditioner and other devices are switched off.
- Open the hood and remove the front bumper if necessary, then install lights to the proper positions.
- Route the main wiring harness(A) through the engine room to the lamp position and connect with bulb(B). Attach relay to relay box(C) then attach black wire(Negative) of main wiring harness to frame metal parts tp create a ground circuit(D). Attach red wire(Positive) of main wiring harness to Positive of Battery(E).
- Route the main wiring harness(A-1) through the cut gromeet(F) and connect with main switch wiring harness(G). (Some car models may be pre-wired, then find out the correct circuit and plug it together).
- Remove the driver’s dashboard lower cover if necessary, then find the power line of the parking lamp(Small lamp) (H-1) and connect with the red wire(Positive) of main switche wiring harness(H). Attach the black wire (Negative) of main switch wiring harness to metal frame to create a ground circuit(I). Then connect the switch(J) with switch connector(K) and put the switch to the right position (Usually it’s on the dashboard but some car’s switch position are near the hand brake.)
- The lights operate only in the low-beam position. Adjust the light aiming according to your local laws and regulations.
- If the lights don’t turn on, check the fuse(most car’s fuse box is located in driver’s dashboard lower cover) and all wire connectors.
- The light lenses can cloud when the outside temperature is cold, this is normal and should go away in warm weather.
- Do not touch the bulb. Oily or greasy substances on the bulb can shorten service life.
配線のインストール
- インストールの前に、この説明書をよく読んで下さい。
- 仕事を適切に実行するために、目的およびサイズの正しい工具を使用しなさい。
- ハーネスは動き回らないように全て結びつけてください。そうしないと短絡するかもしれません。また事故、感電あるいは火災が起こるかもしれません。
- ハーネスやプラグをつなぐとき、それらがロックするまでコネクターを堅く挿入して下さい。
- インストールの前にバッテリーのマイナス端子をはずして下さい。ランプ、エアコンその他の装置のスイッチが切られていることを確かめて下さい。
- フード（※ボンネットのことと思われる）を開いて、必要ならばフロントバンパーを取り外し、適切な位置へライトをインストールしてください。
- ハーネス(A)をエンジンルームを通してライトの位置に通し、電球(B)に接続して下さい。リレーボックス(C)に中継し、その後アースするためハーネスの黒い線(マイナス)をフレームの金属部分に接続します。ハーネスの赤い線(プラス)をバッテリー(E)に取り付けます。
- ハーネス(A-1)をグロメット(F)を通してメインスイッチハーネス(G)に接続してください。(いくつかのモデルの自動車はすでに配線されているかもしれません。その場合は正確な回路を見つけ出し一緒につなぎます。)
- ドライバーのダッシュボードを外します、必要ならより低い場所のカバーも。その後パーキングランプ(※スモールランプのこと)の線(H-1)を見つけメインスイッチハーネス(H)の赤い線(プラス)に接続する。アース(I)のためメインスイッチハーネスの黒い線(マイナス)を車体の金属部部に接続する。その後スイッチ(J)をスイッチコネクター(K)に接続し、正しい位置(通常それはダッシュボードだが、ある車はハンドブレーキの近くにある。)
- ライトはロービームの位置の中でのみ作動します。あなたの地域の方と規則に沿って光軸を調節してください。
- もしライトが点かない場合、ヒューズ(ほとんどの自動車のヒューズボックスはドライバーのダッシュボードの下のカバーにあります。)および全てのコネクターをチェックします。
- 外部温度が寒い場合、レンズが曇る場合があります。これは正常で、暖かい天候の中では取り除かれます。
- 電球に触れるな。電球に付いた油かグリスは耐用年数を短くします。
